All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

We currently offer free standard shipping on orders over $35 USD. For orders below this amount, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Expedited shipping options may also be available for an additional fee.

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Domestic orders within the United States typically arrive within 3–6 business days. For international orders, delivery times may range from 7–15 business days, depending on customs clearance and regional carrier operations.

While we take every precaution to ensure your package arrives safely, Nostalgia cannot be held responsible for delays caused by weather, customs, or courier issues beyond our control. However, our support team is always ready to assist if any concerns arise during transit.

All packages are shipped from our main fulfillment center and include tracking details for your peace of mind. Please make sure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order, as we cannot redirect shipments once dispatched.
